Check Applications have a "VOID" pantograph with block outs on the back, opening instructions, as well as a signature line.
 

We use a standard 24# or 28# white paper (other various paper weights available), applying both vertical and horizontal perforations, as well as applying a cohesive glue to the form, creating what is known as Accu-Seal®.

The Accu-Seal® system converts a form into a mailable document. In its simplest form, this system takes a printed document and folds and seals the document.

With the availability of 4 fold configurations (C, V, Z & Eccentric) in either a cut sheet, continuous or roll form, Accu-Seal® Pressure Seal Systems provides one of the best one piece self-mailers available to the market today.
